• How does the Mail Order System work?

  With a Form: The customer fills in the basic details like the quality and the price of the product and signs the order form indicating their credit card number, the last expiry date and the three digit CVV code from the back of the card. Once the customer places the form in the post or faxes it to your workplace, they have undertaken the payment of goods or ordered by their mentioned credit card.

  By Telephone: The customers calls and tells you the product they would like and gives you their credit card number, the last expiry date and the three digit CVV code from the back of the card. In such a case you could use a POS terminal provided to you by our bank and receive instant confirmation from our bank.

  Once you received confirmation from our Bank you can then send the goods or services to your customer. Approved transactions will be credited to your account by us.
