You can easily pay for your OptimumCard payments out of your current/overdraft account by making an Automatic Payment Request.
Paying from a Branch
You can make your payments in cash or out of your account by coming to any of our branches. In payments by cheque, in case the cheque belongs to our bank or is given by cooperative enterprises, the payment transaction is realized in an instant. For payments by cheque belonging to other banks, following the cheque clearing process (2 working days) the payment is transferred to your card and your limit is increased.
Automatic Payment Request
One single directive and the credit card due amount (full or minimum payment amount) is debited from your account every month on the last payment date; your payments are made automatically by our bank on your behalf. Our customers who have given an Automatic Payment Request are in the obligation to have the sufficient amount available (their available limit has to meet the payment amount) in their account on the last payment day, in order for the card’s due amount to be paid for.
Bill Payment Assurance
You can be sure that your card payments will be made on time with your overdraft account; your payment will be made even if there are insufficient funds in your account to cover it.
How do you benefit?
First you need to give Automatic Payment Request for the bills you want to be paid automatically. If you already use this facility, then simply visit our nearest branch for a Bill Payment Assurance. If you do not have an Automatic Payment Request, then you will need to visit one of our branches to apply for Automatic Payment Request and arrange an overdraft limit for the bills you wish to pay automatically.
Bill Payment Methods
From KOOP24 and KOOP24plus+ ATM’s
We have the widest network of ATMs in country. You can use one of our many Koop24 ATMs to pay your bills from your current or cheque accounts any time you like by following the step-by-step instructions on the ATM screens.
You can pay by cash directly from Koop24plus+ ATMs. In cases where the amount paid might exceed the total on your bill, the difference will be automatically transferred to the payee.
Via 600 02 02 Telephone Banking
You can pay for your card balance (either in full, or the minimum balance) at 600 02 02 Telephone Banking 24 hours a day through the Voice Answering System. Your Client Number/Password or your Optimum Card number/Password along with your Security Password are also required for payments made from these channels.

And on the other side, you can make an Automatic Payment Request or cancel your current requests from our Internet Branch.
Internet Branch and Mobile Branch
You can make your card payments from your PC/laptop/Tablet PC or mobile devices using Internet and mobile banking services.
You will need your customer number, password and security code or a one-time password in order to save time and effort by using Internet and mobile banking instead of queuing in branch.
No need to walk from branch to branch or try to keep track of each bill, just manage your account online.
You can also enter to our Internet Branch by using your OptimumCard number and password as well.
Payments made using our interactive channels (ATMs, telephone, Internet and mobile banking) before 23.30 are transacted on the same day.
For your applications
You can give your Automatic Payment Request to your nearest branch, our Customer Service or in our Internet Branch.
You will not be charged any fee for card payments and Automatic Payment Requests.
