Paying from a Branch

You can visit any of our branches and pay your bills either in cash or from your account. In order to pay by cheque, you need to have a KoopBank cheque book or a cheque issued by one of our associate companies.

Automatic Payment Request

One single directive, and the total amount for your bills is debited from your account every month; your payments are done automatically in your name by our bank.

Our customers making an Automatic Payment Request must have the sufficient amount available in their account on the last payment due day in order to be able to pay by Automatic Bill Payment (having their available limit meet the bill amount)

You can make an Automatic Payment Request for the payment of bills from the following companies: Kktcell, Telsim, Digiturk, Electricity Administration, Telecommunications Authority and Municipalities of Gönyeli/Girne/Çatalköy/Güzelyurt/Gazimağusa/Yeniboğaziçi/İskele/Değirmenlik.

Bill Payment Assurance

You can be sure that your bills will be paid on time if you arrange an overdraft limit for your account; your bills will be paid even if there are insufficient funds in your account to cover the amount.

Make your Automatic Payment Request at our nearest branch or via our Internet or mobile branches. There is no fee for paying bills or asking for Automatic Payment Requests.
